MEET THE TEAM
William Cunningham
Managing Director
Billy is our Managing Director and health and safety practitioner, with a passion for fire and construction safety. He is a member of IOSH and IIRSM along with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers and a Nationally Accredited Fire Risk Assessor.
Sarah Wigmore
Operations Manager
Sarah is at the heart of everything we do here at Safety Group. An experienced project manager, Sarah ensures safety group operates effectively and efficiently
Ian Hodson
Fire Safety Consultant
Ian is an ex-fire and rescue service fire safety consultant. Ian spent time with Staffordshire fire and rescue, the fire service college and latterly time training civil defence firefighters in the UAE and managing fire safety in large scale petrochemical plants in Dubai.
Paul Cunningham
Group Health, Safety and Environmental Manager
Paul is a chartered safety and health professional with a wealth of experience in construction and large scale FMCG operations. Paul is ex-forces and brings a pragmatic can do attitude to the team. Paul specialises in construction however is a general H&S practitioner. Paul is also our resident CAA registered Drone pilot.
Ken Creek
Associate Tutor
Ken is an associate trainer and delivers first aid and other health and safety courses. Ken is an emergency first responder in the community and brings all his experience to bear on the courses he teaches.
Andrew Wainwright
Health and Safety Consultant
Andrew is a senior Health and Safety consultant delivering H&S support to our core clients. Andrew also delivers first aid and health and safety courses. Andrew is a veteran of the RAF and has a wealth of experience to bring our courses to life.
Andrew Jackson
Associate Tutor
Andrew is an associate trainer and delivers the full range of Mental Health First Aid England courses. He has 25 years of experience as a councillor, including service with the British Army.
Glyn Hastings
Associate Tutor
Glyn's served a full career in the Royal Navy as a Medic. He saw service in the Gulf and Afghanistan as a battlefield medic and bring this knowledge to the classroom as one of our most experienced first aid instructors.
